FlexDEPOSIT

Cash is tight when moving so ask about FlexDEPOSIT. Only pay 1/2 your security deposit at move-in and the balance 30 days later.

FlexRENT

Free up cash on the 1st of each month with FlexRENT. Pay 1/2 rent of the 1st of each month and 1/2 on the 15th.

PAY-ONE-PRICE

Managing household expenses just got easier with our POP Program. We take the guesswork out of paying monthly rent and utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash). Just pay a fixed rent amount and we take care of everything else…it’s that easy!

PET PROGRAM

Westward Property Management makes it easy and affordable to move one furry little friend in with you. If considering one of our pet friendly apartments, a one-time pet fee of $75.00 will apply. We don’t charge pet rent or require a special insurance policy for your household pet. Our pet policy permits one domestic animal per unit. The weight limit is 75 pounds and no aggressive breeds allowed.
